South Arm Highway open

With the opening of the new South Arm Highway Oceana Drive intersection you will be home at Oceana Rise under 15 minutes from the Hobart CBD.

Stages 1, 2 & 3 of the proposal have been developed and only nine lots out of 32 remain in these stages. Stage 4 has been constructed and titles have now issued. Already there are 11 lots sold in stage 4, with only 4 remaining. The owners are progressing with the construction of Stage 5 and intend to proceed through to completion of the total Oceana 'link' in the coming months.

Houses are under construction within stages 1, 2 & 3 and plans are proceeding for construction within the lots of stage 4.

The ongoing development is reflecting a confidence in the progressive nature of the area, and the continuing desire to obtain real estate with city, harbor and mountain views.
