This plan indicates the stages of the development that have been approved by the local council.
Sale plan
This plan is the estate agent sale plan and indicates the available allotments.
Stage 1 & 2
This plan is the Final Survey plan (and therefore the Title Plan) to stages 1 & 2.

Stage 3
This plan is the Survey Plan (and therefore the Title Plan) to stage 3.
Stage 4
This plan is the Survey Plan to stage 4. As of this date it has not proceeded through to issue of title but will form the basis of the title documents.
